Thank you for your interest! If you would like to enroll in our school, follow these steps:


Step 1: Complete Enrollment Form: Complete the one page enrollment form and submit to MHPCNS, along with your $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot. If you'd like to mail your form, please send to our mailing address:

Step 2: Complete Admissions Packet: The Admissions Packet contains a variety of forms for you to read and complete. Please pay close attention to the detailed instructions listed on the first page of the Admissions Agreement (The "Welcome Letter").
