ABOUT MHPCNS
Our Teachers
Our teachers are trained and educated in the early childhood field, and are dedicated to providing a quality preschool program for your children. They are caring, and enjoy working as a team with you to support your child's developmental needs.
Mrs. Stefanie Zoccoli
Director & 2/3s Teacher
Stefanie is our Director and 2/3s teacher. She came to MHPCNS as a parent in 2015, and has experienced each class MHPCNS has to offer at least once with her two children. Stefanie joined our staff as a teacher in 2018, and then took on the director role in 2019.
Stefanie graduated from Sacramento State University with a BA in Liberal Students (Health & Wellness Concentration). She has also completed several Early Childhood Education units, and currently holds a Program Director Permit through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing. Stefanie is a Certified Positive Discipline Early Childhood Educator.
Stefanie has a passion for helping children reach their fullest potential, while instilling a love of learning. She understands the many benefits of a co-op, and thoroughly enjoys seeing both children and parents thrive in the unique environment that it offers.
When she is not teaching, Stefanie enjoys going on adventures with her husband and two children. She also enjoys cooking, gardening, and maintaining a healthy active lifestyle.

Mrs. Kaitlin Fullerton
3/4s Teacher
Kaitlin graduated from Sonoma State University with a BA in Liberal Students (Human Development Concentration). She currently holds a Child Development Site Supervisor Permit through the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, and is a Certified Positive Discipline Early Childhood Educator.
Kaitlin loves watching children learn a new task for themselves, the joy it brings them. She is excited to be a partner with parents in their child's educational growth.
Kaitlin has 3 children. Her two youngest, twins, will be joining her at MHPCNS in the 3/4s class. Kaitlin loves the beach, and hanging out with her family. When she is not teaching you'll most likely find her at Target!

Mrs. Elizabeth Huckaby
Pre-K Teacher
Elizabeth is a San Jose State graduate, earning a BA in Childhood and Adolescent Development, with an emphasis in education. She has been an early childhood educator since her first job out of high school in 2006. Although her heart is in preschool age, she has also taught second grade in Morgan Hill.
Elizabeth loves the fulfilling role of a teacher, watching children grow, learn, and gain confidence. Leading the class while encouraging autonomy allows for growth in individual students as well as relationships between students and adults.
Elizabeth is a Mama of three awesome school aged children, a second grader and twins in Kindergarten in the dual immersion Spanish/English program at San Martín Gwinn elementary.
Keep an eye out on hiking trails, local parks and the local animal shelter and you will probably run into Elizabeth and her family!
