Our Teachers
Our staff is dedicated to providing a quality preschool program for your children. They are trained and educated in the early childhood field. They are
caring and enjoy working as a team with you to support your child's
developmental needs.
Miss Robin
Robin is the director and Pre-K teacher at MHPCNS.
- Received her Early Childhood Degree from UC Santa Cruz
- In education field for the past 18 years, 15 of them at MHPCNS
- Loves working with preschoolers and can't imagine a job more fulfilling
- Enjoys getting to know the students along with their families
- Feels the Co-op environment allows for children and their families to learn and grow together
- Is proud to now have grandchildren attending the co-op
Miss Dena
Dena teaches the 2-3 and 3-4 classes.
- Received her degree from UC Davis in Developmental Psychology (study of human development and learning) in addition to her K-6 teaching credential from SJSU
- Previously taught in public elementary school since 2000, (kindergarten, 1st and 3rd grade)
- Has been with MHPCNS since 2006 as a parent volunteer, board member, Nature Camp Director and teacher.
- Is committed to the Co-op model. Attended a Co-op preschool as a child, as have all of her children, and enjoys working
with families and children in a cooperative, collaborative classroom .
- Her focus as a teacher has been teaching through multiple learning styles such as auditory, visual and kinesthetic
- She loves being a teacher at MHPCNS
